
The way we think about ourselves and the world around us has a great affect on our health. The way that we perceive events and interactions can alter the reality we believe we are in.
If our mindset is negative then even when positives are happening we precieve the worst in it, which leads to depression and seeing everything through a negative lense. The key is to have a positive outlook to make your brain see the good in every situation and the bright side even in the toughest times.
Changing our mindset is very difficult since we do not like change especially difficult ones. It takes time and hard work to remind ourselves of the change until it becomes automatic. Every day have little reminders to yourself of the kind of outlook you have on the day and try to shift it if it is not a positive or optimistic one.
Having a growth mindset over a fixed one will change your life for the better to not be stuck in the same frame of mind and realize your life and future can be in a better place physically and mentally.
